Pipe Stress Analysis
We offer in-house pipe stress analysis using Bentley AutoPIPE to ensure the integrity, safety, and compliance of piping systems under various loading conditions. This capability supports our design and engineering work by identifying stress concentrations, thermal expansion issues, and code compliance. Analysis includes seismic loadings relevant to New Zealand NZS1170.5 and Practice Note 19(PN19), helping ensure systems are fit for purpose in demanding environments. While primarily used on our internal projects, we’re also available to support external clients with standalone analysis.


Plasma Cutting
As part of our in-house fabrication capabilities, we offer precision plasma cutting for a variety of metal components. This allows us to quickly and accurately produce parts such as brackets, base plates, and custom profiles to support our design and manufacturing projects. While primarily used for internal builds, we’re also equipped to assist other fabricators with occasional cutting needs, depending on capacity.


Metal Folding & Rolling
As part of our comprehensive metal fabrication services, we offer in-house brake pressing and rolling capabilities to deliver precise, high-quality results with fast turnaround times. Our equipment allows us to form a wide range of materials to exact specifications—whether it's sharp bends, complex curves, or consistent radii. Pressure Vessel Fabrication
We fabricate custom pressure vessels built to ASME standards, PD5500 or AS1210, with a focus on safety, structural integrity, and long-term performance.
